Booking Guidelines

We’re so excited to host you! To keep everything smooth and enjoyable, here’s what you need to know:

Booking Opening: Reserve up to 30 days in advance, including for big groups.
Email Confirmation: Check your email for confirmation. Didn’t get it or see an error? Contact our Magic Team.
Modifications & Cancellations: Use the link in your confirmation email to adjust or cancel.
Late Arrivals: Arrive within 15 minutes (restaurant) or 30 minutes (beach) of your booking to avoid cancellation.
Secure Your Booking: A valid credit card is required. No-shows or late cancellations (up to 1 hour before) incur a €10 per person fee.
In all our spaces, separate group bookings made for the same party may be adjusted or canceled.
Big Groups:
- Maximum group capacity is 12 people at the restaurant and 10 people at the beach.
- Need to accommodate a larger group? Chat with us! At the beach, up to 2 extra people can be added for an additional fee of €10 per person, on top of the rental fee for the space.
Time Allocation:
- Restaurant: Up to 6 people — 2 hours; More than 6 people — 3 hours.
- Beach: Your space is reserved 12:00 until sunset.

Payment: Beach bed rental is payable on arrival and doesn’t include food or drinks.
Essentials: Bring a towel and sunscreen. Forgot something? Visit our Little Bazaar.
Local Love: Half of our spaces at the beach are reserved for walk-ins to ensure our local friends can also enjoy our little Place of Happiness. First come, first served!

Food & Drinks: Enjoy our offerings; no outside food or drinks allowed.
Good Vibes Only: Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. No decorations or costumes. Behavior issues may result in refusal of entry or being asked to leave.‍
Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved furry friends are welcome.‍
Family-Friendly: Of course, children are always welcome to join the fun. We have high chairs for toddlers.‍
Events: A booking does not grant access to events. If you have a booking, discounted tickets can be purchased onsite on the event day. Similarly, an event ticket does not include a table or beach space.
