Main functions description: The Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Irmão, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operational management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, including F&B, customer service, and event management
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays;

Duties and Responsibilities | Regular Tasks 

  • Coordinate daily operations across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures
  • Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation;
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards;
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and implementation;
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complex operational issues;
  • Support the planning and execution of events and special promotions;
  • Assist in training and development programs for staff;
  • Ensure effective communication between departments;
